Our client is a fast-growing global leader in legal technology, transforming how legal departments operate worldwide. With a cutting-edge AI-powered suite designed to streamline everything from Contract Lifecycle Management to Legal Entity Governance and eDiscovery. As they continue to scale, they’re seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to take their content and campaign strategy to the next level.
 
About The Role:
  • As part of the growing North American team, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Global Marketing Manager and play a key role in building and executing high-impact content and digital marketing initiatives. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer teams, with a focus on scaling content production, enhancing brand storytelling, and supporting GTM activities across the region.
  • You’ll be at the forefront of thought leadership- crafting campaigns and content that speak directly to the pain points of modern legal teams while aligning closely with the global strategy.
  • Hybrid Work Model: Based out of Wilmington, Delaware 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead content strategy tailored for the North American market, aligned with global brand and messaging.
  • Create compelling content and campaigns including blog posts, landing pages, white papers, case studies, and email nurture sequences.
  • Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to craft targeted messaging and enablement materials.
  • Partner with the Content Marketing Manager and global stakeholders to scale content production across platforms.
  • Drive integrated campaigns that support lead generation and product awareness, using SEO, email, paid media, and social.
  • Analyze performance of campaigns and content assets, iterate and improve based on insights.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
  • Contribute to building a framework for localizing global content and messaging while preserving brand integrity.
About You:
  • 4-6 years of experience in digital or content marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or Legal Tech.
  • Proven experience in content creation, campaign execution, and lead generation strategy.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills-you know how to turn pain points into persuasive narratives.
  • Experience collaborating across departments and with international stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and analytics.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid and multicultural environment.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to two times per year, including onboarding in Europe.
