Who They're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR/BDR roles, or telesales — ideally in SaaS.
- Skilled communicator who’s confident on the phone, with strong discovery and objection-handling abilities.
- Organized and process-driven; comfortable in HubSpot or similar CRMs.
- Self-starter with a team-first mindset — thrives in collaborative, feedback-rich environments.
What You’ll Get
- Base Salary: $60K salary; $85K on-target earnings (uncapped)
- Benefits: Health insurance, 20 vacation days + birthday leave, flexible hours, hybrid work (2 days/week in Vancouver office)
