As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us expand into new markets and industries including SaaS, Finance, Healthcare, and Hospitality. In this high-impact role, you’ll connect with C-level decision-makers, build long-term relationships, and generate qualified sales opportunities. What You’ll Do:
- Own outbound prospecting and generate qualified pipeline for our Mid-Market and Enterprise Sales teams
- Conduct high-volume outreach (100 calls/day) to build and manage a book of business
- Deliver 6+ Sales Qualified Opportunities per month with a minimum annual forecast value of $10K each
- Learn to navigate complex buying cycles, and tailor solutions that align with prospect goals and timelines
- Collaborate with experienced Account Executives to close initial deals and grow accounts
- Sales Tech Stack You’ll Use: Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io
- Intensive training on customer personas and outbound sales strategy
- Exposure to C-Suite decision-makers and strategic selling tactics
- Clear path to promotion into Enterprise SDR, Team Lead, or AE roles within 8-12 months
- Mentorship from senior leaders and high visibility within the organization
- A Bachelor's degree
- 1-3+ years in sales or customer-facing roles
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM (bonus)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ambition, curiosity, drive and a genuine desire to build a career in sales
- Competitive compensation: $55,000 base + uncapped commission
