This company provides a modern SaaS platform used by corporate legal departments to manage governance, compliance, and operations. Headquartered in Europe with offices across North America, EMEA, and LATAM, they serve over 2,000 customers in 60+ countries — including many Fortune 500 firms.
 
About the Role:

• Own US revenue growth and go-to-market execution
• Lead and scale a team of 4-5 Account Executives focused on enterprise and mid-market legal buyers
• Drive new logo acquisition and expansion across a strong install base
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success
• Report into both US and global sales leadership

About You:

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience selling to legal, compliance, or operations buyers in complex sales cycles
• Skilled in managing sales teams and building scalable processes
• Strong operator with experience in mid-market and enterprise go-to-market strategies
