About the Role:
- Own US revenue growth and go-to-market execution
- Lead and scale a team of 4-5 Account Executives focused on enterprise and mid-market legal buyers
- Drive new logo acquisition and expansion across a strong install base
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success
- Report into both US and global sales leadership
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience selling to legal, compliance, or operations buyers in complex sales cycles
- Skilled in managing sales teams and building scalable processes
- Strong operator with experience in mid-market and enterprise go-to-market strategies
- Strong base salary + Commission
- Benefits aligned with US SaaS standards
- Prefer candidates in Wilmington/Philadelphia area for hybrid working arrangements
- A high-impact role with strong internal visibility and global collaboration
