Regional Sales Manager
Our client is a fast-growing, PE-backed manufacturer specializing in innovative acoustic treatment solutions. As they continue to expand across North America, they're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to take over a well-established Ontario territory, build deep relationships with architects and contractors, and grow the book of business.
This is a consultative, hands-on outside sales role suited to someone who thrives in technical environments, loves solving problems for clients, and enjoys the flexibility of running their territory with real autonomy.

About the Role:
- Reporting to the Head of North American Sales, the RSM will manage a hybrid territory across Ontario, Quebec, and parts of the East Coast. The role involves a blend of 50% farming and 50% hunting.
- You'll work closely with architects, designers, contractors, and AV integrators- providing technical guidance, reading blueprints, and quoting solutions that solve real acoustic problems.
- Location: Greater Toronto Area
- Manage and grow customer relationships in your assigned territory
- Conduct site visits and provide technical, acoustic-based solutions
- Train dealers and partners on products and installation practices
- Support project design, quoting, and execution
- Expand dealer network and manage follow-on business
- Attend trade shows and industry events as needed (travel ~1 week/month)
- Coordinate with HQ and collaborate cross-functionally across sales and product teams
- 5+ years in technical or consultative sales (construction, AV integration, acoustics, building materials, HVAC, etc.)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to read blueprints and collaborate with architects/contractors
- Self-motivated, organized, and confident working independently
- A background or interest in music/audio is a strong plus
- Comfortable working from home with regular field visits
- Willingness to travel 20-25% (including occasional U.S. trade shows and a visit to HQ)
