Our client is a fast-growing, PE-backed manufacturer specializing in innovative acoustic treatment solutions. As they continue to expand across North America, they're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to take over a well-established Ontario territory, build deep relationships with architects and contractors, and grow the book of business.

This is a consultative, hands-on outside sales role suited to someone who thrives in technical environments, loves solving problems for clients, and enjoys the flexibility of running their territory with real autonomy.

About the Role:
  • Reporting to the Head of North American Sales, the RSM will manage a hybrid territory across Ontario, Quebec, and parts of the East Coast. The role involves a blend of 50% farming and 50% hunting.
  • You'll work closely with architects, designers, contractors, and AV integrators- providing technical guidance, reading blueprints, and quoting solutions that solve real acoustic problems.
  • Location: Greater Toronto Area
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow customer relationships in your assigned territory
  • Conduct site visits and provide technical, acoustic-based solutions
  • Train dealers and partners on products and installation practices
  • Support project design, quoting, and execution
  • Expand dealer network and manage follow-on business
  • Attend trade shows and industry events as needed (travel ~1 week/month)
  • Coordinate with HQ and collaborate cross-functionally across sales and product teams
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years in technical or consultative sales (construction, AV integration, acoustics, building materials, HVAC, etc.)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and collaborate with architects/contractors
  • Self-motivated, organized, and confident working independently
  • A background or interest in music/audio is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working from home with regular field visits
  • Willingness to travel 20-25% (including occasional U.S. trade shows and a visit to HQ)
Why Join?
  • Join a high-growth company with a collaborative, laid-back culture- no micromanagement, just real ownership of your territory
  • Strong product reputation and pipeline; established book of business
  • Travel, expenses, and business development support fully covered
  • Competitive benefits package, including RRSP matching
  • Compensation: $75K-$90K base + uncapped commission
  • Career growth in a specialty category with increasing market demand
