My client is the marketplace trusted by top private equity firms to connect with best-in-class service providers and software tools. They help PE firms assess new acquisition opportunities and accelerate value creation in their portfolio companies. With a growing team of ~50 professionals, they are building the future of private equity enablement.
 
Role Overview
 
They are seeking a Senior Sales Manager, Account Management to lead a team of 5-8 Account Managers and drive expansion revenue across their core ICP (private equity firms and their portfolio companies). This leader will ensure multi-threaded engagement within client accounts, maximize wallet share, and coach the team to excel in discovery, upselling, and relationship management. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven ability to elevate performance, improve forecasting, and foster a culture of curiosity, grit, and accountability.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and retaining top Account Management talent.
  • Training, coaching, and skill development of Account Managers.
  • Acting as a thought partner to the Head of Sales to build scalable infrastructure and increase team efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of sales experience, including 2-3 years in a management role.
  • Proven track record in account management, customer success, or consultative B2B sales.
  • Strong ability to coach and develop reps at different skill levels
  • Data-driven decision maker with expertise in forecasting and performance analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in professional services, SaaS, or private equity ecosystem a plus.
