The high growth client is a Toronto-based, professional services and management consultancy on a mission to help organizations thrive in complexity. Their team partners with some of North America's largest enterprises (especially financial and telco) to design and deliver human-centered, outcome-driven transformations. Recognized for their impact and growth, they are building a culture that prizes transparency, collaboration, and a bias toward action.
 
The Role
They are hiring for a Client Executive — a true hunter who can open doors, engage VP+ decision makers, and win six-figure consulting engagements. However, this is not a SaaS license sales role and a SaaS sales person will not fit. You'll build and lead an outbound motion, own the pipeline, and work closely with our delivery and marketing teams to shape how we scale.
 
What You'll Do
  • Lead enterprise-level sales, landing new consulting & transformation engagements (>$100K, usually more around $300k).
  • Drive outbound prospecting and build creative outreach strategies.
  • Own pipeline creation, reporting, and conversion metrics.
  • Run high-impact, VP+ conversations and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Partner with consultants and marketing to align sales with delivery.
  • Travel to client sites across North America as needed (role is Toronto-based, hybrid).
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in B2B consulting/transformation sales (not SaaS license sales).
  • Proven success closing six-figure+ deals with enterprise clients (> $1B revenue).
  • Strong presence, influence, and ability to win rooms at senior levels.
  • Hands-on builder: comfortable prospecting, testing messaging, and driving net-new opportunities.
  • Growth mindset, adaptability, and a team-first approach.
