Sales Development Representative
Our client, a subsidiary of a renowned global company headquartered in Sweden, excels in providing innovative cable and pipe seal solutions for the most challenging environments. These versatile products guarantee safety, efficiency, and operational reliability in demanding projects around the world.
They proudly serve major customers such as the Toronto Transit Commission, Hydro One, and numerous provincial power authorities across Canada.
They are looking to bring on a Sales Development Representative to join their team! This person is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential opportunities at the initial stages of the sales funnel. As one of the first touch points for prospects, this role sets the tone for the rest of the sales cycle.

They are looking to bring on a Sales Development Representative to join their team! This person is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential opportunities at the initial stages of the sales funnel. As one of the first touch points for prospects, this role sets the tone for the rest of the sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with the Marketing, Outside Sales, and Technical Support teams to gather account intelligence and identify target markets and opportunities.
- Conducting account research and mapping
- Prospecting through cold calls, emails, referrals, and social selling to generate interest
- Re-engaging with existing targets who have shown no recent activity
- Scheduling meetings for the Outside Sales team
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or sales development with a proven track record of success
- Strong prospecting and hunting skills, with the ability to generate new leads and nurture existing accounts
- A self-starter who is highly motivated and driven by sales success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build relationships
- Compensation: $65K-$70K base salary (depending on experience) with an overall total earning of $90K
