What You'll Own
  • Build and drive the end-to-end demand generation roadmap- generating awareness and pipeline across North America and global markets.
  • Design and execute ABM programs in close partnership with Sales and Business Development.
  • Deploy, scale, and optimize campaigns using marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce).
  • Analyze, report, and iterate on performance metrics- leveraging dashboards to consistently surpass KPIs.
  • Run multi-touch lifecycle experiments to refine approaches across acquisition, upsell, renewal, and advocacy.
  • Introduce fresh ideas, test strategies relentlessly, and redefine growth marketing boundaries with a creative, analytical mindset.
  • Influence cross-functional alignment and support strategic campaign execution throughout the organization.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of demand generation and growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in enterprise or regulated-industry contexts.
  • Proven expertise in ABM, lead generation, nurturing, and multi-touch attribution frameworks.
  • Strong technical familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Analytical rigor, creative strategy, and a passion for decoding buyer behaviour through data.
