As a part of their continued growth, they are seeking two Territory Sales Representatives in the Minneapolis market, with a focus on clients in the Building Services, Construction, and Manufacturing industries. This outside sales role (on a team where 8 out of 9 reps hit or exceeded quota in 2024) focuses on developing new business with contractors, project managers, and engineers while maintaining and growing long-term relationships.

The Ideal Candidate Brings:
  • 3+ years of direct sales or technical sales experience, ideally in construction, industrial, or related sectors
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel in local territory regularly
  • Proven track record of building new business and maintaining a $1.5M+ quota
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience with territory planning, prospecting, and in-person client engagement
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently in the field
 
What They Offer
  • Base salary of $60K - $80K with 75% of first-year commissions guaranteed ($100K - $110K minimum earnings, uncapped)
