Role Overview
We're looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help fuel our growth. As a BDR, you'll be the engine behind our sales pipeline, creating qualified opportunities for our Account Executive team. This is the perfect role for new grads or junior sales professionals eager to launch their career in SaaS tech, with a clear path for advancement in a dynamic, supportive, and high-energy environment.
What You'll Do
- Drive outbound and inbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Develop a strong understanding of our SaaS solutions and clearly articulate their value to prospects.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to refine outreach strategies and maximize booked meetings.
- Conduct qualification calls and occasionally manage full-cycle sales opportunities with mid-market and enterprise prospects.
- Work in a hybrid environment (3 days a week in-office) from our Montreal, Quebec office.
- MUST be bilingual in English & French
- 6 months to 2 years of sales experience, OR new grads with experience in high-volume calling, D2D sales, customer service, or similar.
- A commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and a drive to succeed in sales.
- Curiosity about SaaS, technology, and innovation - and the motivation to learn fast.
- Base salary $50k + $50k in commissions potential as well as additional accelerator incentives!
