Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts within the financial services sector.
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute enterprise sales strategies.
- Lead consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long decision processes.
- Engage senior decision-makers to educate them on the company's innovative technology and value proposition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless implementation and client success.
- Tier-1 client base: The company is already engaged with several global financial institutions.
- Large, complex deals: Typical initial contracts exceed $1M+, with significant expansion potential.
- Access to leadership: Direct collaboration with a highly engaged founding team and sales leadership.

- Exceptional earning potential: Market-leading compensation, equity participation, and uncapped accelerators.
- 8-15 years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales processes and multi-million-dollar deals.
- Strong understanding of capital markets or fixed income concepts.
- Startup or high-growth experience preferred—comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Consultative, analytical, and driven, with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Location: Based in New York, in-office five days per week.
- Travel: Approximately 25-40%, depending on client engagement.
