The Opportunity
As an Account Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for schools and univerisities across Southern Europe (prime focus), Africa and latin America, driving outreach to language teachers and education leaders. Your role is to uncover opportunities, spark meaningful conversations, and respond to inbound enquiries. 
 
The company offers a highly respected language learning platform, trusted in over 90 countries and backed by decades of experience. Their team culture emphasizes autonomy, collaboration, and purpose - they're looking for someone curious, coachable, and ready to take ownership.
 
What You'll Be Doing
  • Conduct targeted research and identify leads within school districts and language programs
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) to engage educators and decision-makers
  • Run discovery calls, qualify prospects, and set up high-quality demos
  • Use tools like HubSpotSales Navigator, and Starbridge AI to manage and optimize your funnel
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies
  • Consistently hit KPIs tied to qualified meetings booked and conversion rates
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1+ year in SDR, BDR, or B2B Inside sales roles—preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or government/education sales but not essential.
  • Located in or near Montreal / Laval, Quebec - this is a hybrid role, 2 days in office (Monday and Wednesday)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—especially when explaining complex value props to educators
  • Resilient and target-driven, with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, mission-driven team
  • Curious, coachable, and motivated to grow within a scaling sales organization
