Territory Sales Representative
Our client — a growing leader in the packaging sector — is seeking a driven Territory Sales / Outside Sales Professional to expand and strengthen market presence across Quebec. This role is ideal for a hunter-minded salesperson with experience in industrial packaging, food packaging, stretch film or protective packaging.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a defined Quebec territory through 50% account management and 50% new business development. Current territory revenue is $2.4M per annum
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, end-users, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct onsite client visits, product demos, and needs assessments to position value-added packaging solutions.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline using a structured, consultative approach.
- Drive full-cycle sales: prospecting → qualification → product demonstration → proposal → close.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive products across industrial, food, and value-added packaging lines.
- Execute territory plans, travel schedules, and follow-up processes effectively.
- Provide accurate reporting through CRM and maintain strong internal communication with sales leadership.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in industrial packaging or food packaging
- Proven success in outside/field sales OR looking to transition from inside sales to field sales.
- Comfortable managing both short-cycle commoditized sales and longer consultative sales cycles.
- Strong presentation and demo skills — confident in showing product capability and ROI.
- Excellent territory planning, pipeline management, and self-discipline.
- Bilingual (English/French) strongly preferred.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel frequently throughout Quebec.
- A role with real autonomy and ownership of a high-potential territory.
- Competitive compensation package including base salary, commission, vehicle allowance, and benefits. Minimum bas eof $80,000 with a significant range above for the right experience OTE anticipated to be around $150,000 to $160,000 but is uncapped
