About the Role
 
This is an entry level to early career opportunity for someone with a technical and creative mindset who is interested in design, construction, and how commercial spaces are built.
 
As an Estimator / Designer, you will support the sales and project teams by creating acoustic layout drawings, renderings, and project estimates for custom commercial spaces. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, product, and engineering, gaining hands on experience across the full project lifecycle.

This role is ideal for a new graduate or someone with 1-3 years of experience in architectural, construction, engineering, or design related roles who is looking to grow in a technical, design focused position.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
- Create CAD and 3D models and renderings of acoustic treatment layouts for commercial spaces
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, and construction documents
- Prepare quotes and estimates for acoustic treatment solutions
- Create and manage custom part and panel drawings
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align designs with project goals
- Ensure accuracy across drawings, estimates, and documentation before final delivery
- Maintain detailed documentation including specifications and material lists
- Identify opportunities to improve design processes, tools, and workflows
- Stay current on product updates and acoustical concepts
 
What You Bring
 
- 1-3 years of experience using CAD and 3D modeling software or equivalent education
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and building plans
- Interest or foundational knowledge in construction, interiors, acoustics, architecture, or engineering
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools
- Exposure to rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
- Curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to learn in a growing technical environment
