This is a first-on-the-ground Account Executive role. You'll build pipeline from zero, own the full sales cycle, and play a key role in shaping the US & Canada go-to-market.

What You'll Be Doing
- Build a self-generated pipeline across US & Canadian tech companies on the initial easy win scope
- Execute outbound prospecting (calls, LinkedIn, email, sequencing)
- Run full-cycle deals: discovery → proposal → negotiation → close
- Sell software development, engineering services, and outsourced delivery
- Engage founders, CTOs, and engineering leadership
- Focus initially on startup & scaleup tech firms with shorter sales cycles. Larger enterprise deals feasible after 6-12 months too.
- Work directly with the CEO (Europe-based) and global delivery teams
- 3-7 years B2B sales experience in tech services (software dev, IT consulting, outsourcing, engineering services)
- Proven track record opening new accounts and closing net-new business
- Strong outbound DNA. Comfortable with cold calls and blank pipelines
- Experience selling into the US market from Canada is a major plus
- Consultative, curious, metrics-driven sales style
- Comfortable working independently as the sole commercial hire in NA
- Based in Canada (Toronto/GTA preferred). Fluent English required
- French is a bonus (Québec candidates welcome)
- First commercial hire in North America
- Founder-led growth with real autonomy
- Established global delivery engine already in place
- High impact, low bureaucracy, genuine runway to build a region
- Min $100k base salary with uncapped 2x OTE
- Fully remote role for someone in North America, ideally Eastern region e.g Ontario preferably, New York or Boston is also feasible.
