About The Role:
Our client is a global leader in data, analytics, and technology, supporting 200,000+ customers across highly regulated industries. They generated $5.68B in revenue in 2024 and have undergone a major cloud transformation, with ~85% of revenue now powered by a modern cloud platform. Backed by significant technology investment and an active acquisition strategy across fraud, identity, and workforce data, they are continuing to expand their footprint in Canada and are hiring an Account Executive in Montreal to help drive net new growth.

What you'll do:
- Develop sales strategies and plan of action prior to contacting customers.
- Research and review market trends, customer specific needs, and book performance to ensure efficient, organized, and successful selling.
- Contact assigned customers within a book of business. Manage relationships and develop and execute sales to medium customer base accounts.
- Responsible and accountable for the overall generation and growth of revenue and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Orchestrate internal support to assist with negotiations, closing, etc.
- Present solutions and services benefits to all buyers.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline. Identify, follow up and manage sales leads.
- Partner with executive leadership, business development, marketing to develop dynamic sales campaigns to promote existing and new products.
- In depth experience building and strengthening client relationships to achieve long-term partnership.
- Bilingual (French & English) is a must.
- Proven ability to deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner and to proactively meet their needs.
- Ability to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
- Proficiency with common CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
Hybrid role based in Montreal, with an expectation to be in the office three days per week.
