Our client, a subsidiary of a globally recognized leader headquartered in Sweden, specializes in innovative cable and pipe seal solutions that ensure safety, efficiency, and operational reliability in critical infrastructure projects worldwide. Their cutting-edge solutions are trusted by major organizations, including the Toronto Transit Commission, Hydro One, and key provincial power authorities across Canada.
 
Now, they're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to expand their presence across Western Canada (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan). If you're passionate about sales, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a hands-on, technical environment- this opportunity is for you!
 
What You'll Do:
  • Own and grow the Western Canada territory through new business development and strategic account management.
  • Develop and execute account plans to win new customers and deepen relationships with existing clients.
  • Deliver engaging technical presentations and hands-on product training to diverse audiences.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, inside sales, and customer service teams to maximize success.
  • Prospect and cold call confidently to uncover new opportunities.
What You Bring:
  • 2-5 years of outside sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling construction, engineering, or industrial products is highly preferred.
  • A self-starter who is motivated, driven, and thrives in a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and build long-term relationships.
  • Hands-on approach- you'll be demonstrating products at work sites, so a background in construction or fieldwork is a plus!
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Ideally based in the Lower Mainland to maximize territory coverage.
