  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong communication and alignment between teams
  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of market segments including architects, consultants, contractors, distributors, AV professionals, hospitality, and facilities teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of product processes and workflows
What You Bring
  • Education or early-career experience in business, engineering, product development, construction, architecture, design, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets and organizing data for analysis and reporting
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn within a technical, product-driven environment
  • A proactive, self-directed mindset with the ability to adapt in a growing organization
  • Technical background or exposure to acoustics, construction, or building materials is a strong asset
  • Experience or interest in CAD or drawing tools (SolidWorks, SketchUp, or similar) is considered an asset, but not required
