Our client is a well-recognized Vancouver-owned fine jewelry brand that specializes in creating custom engagement rings and wedding bands. The company prides itself on the rarity and quality of its ethically sourced diamonds, sapphires, and precious stones. Following another highly successful year and newly secured manufacturing facilities, the team is looking to grow and bring on a full-time salaried Sales Consultant for their downtown location! 
 
About the role: Retail Sales Consultant 

• This is a full-time retail sales role that comes with a competitive base salary, bonus, and comprehensive health & dental benefits 
• Working hours will be Tuesday-Saturday (Tuesday-Friday 10:00-6:00 and Saturdays 10:00-4:00 pm)
• You will be joining a small and highly ambitious team of 4 retail sales associates and take part in extensive product and industry training and lots of job shadowing to ensure that you're set up for success 
• Responsible for driving sales of engagement rings and providing an exceptional hands-on experience for customers 
• You will be given inbound leads of customers for which you will book on-site consultations with and walk them through the selection of products available, making appropriate recommendations based on their needs 
• Maintain constant communications with customers in the sales process from end to end

Qualifications

• Must have 2-4 years of sales experience in a related field
• Ability to multi-task while communicating clearly and efficiently 
• Exceptional customer service skills 
• Passion and interest in learning about all things jewelry
• Must be based in Vancouver with the ability to commit to retail hours listed above 

Compensation

• Competitive base salary + commission paid out monthly
• $95K-$105K total income year 1 
• Comprehensive health & dental benefits
