Business Development Representative
Our client is a leader in out-of-home advertising solutions, offering global clients one of the largest digital billboards in Times Square for their ad campaigns. Their client portfolio includes major brands such as Disney, Bet MGM, Formula1, LG, Coca-Cola, Kylie Cosmetics and Hugo Boss (to name a few).
Their team of ambitious and energetic young sales professionals is growing, and they are seeking three Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join them. BDRs are responsible for generating business opportunities with C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies across the globe. This role is for strategic, gritty, and highly motivated individuals that want to be part of an inspiring team - and make great money.

- Within three days of signing a contract, clients receive tailored advertising solutions to get their products and services in front of global audiences
- Their impact: With no down time, their billboard runs 24/7, 365 days a year, guaranteeing 1.5 million daily impressions, and many more during major events
About You
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, driven, and goal-oriented - the effort you put in directly correlates with your results.
- 1-3 years of demonstrated success in high-activity, cold-calling focused sales roles (business-to-business or business-to-consumer).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent active listening to help uncover and understand prospects' business challenges.
- Experience in sales or similarly goal/metrics-driven environments, such as high-performance sports, hospitality, donor relations, etc. is an asset.
What They Offer
- $50K - $65K salary, $125K - $150K total earnings in Year 1 (uncapped, with $24K per deal and top performers earning $200K+)
- Hybrid model: Monday - Wednesday in new Oakville office, with Thursdays and Fridays remote
- 3 weeks of vacation plus office closure at year-end to enjoy rest and holidays
