Our client is a well-recognized Vancouver-owned fine jewelry brand that specializes in creating custom engagement rings and wedding bands. Known for rare, ethically sourced diamonds, sapphires, and precious stones, the company continues to grow following a record year and the expansion of its manufacturing capabilities.
 
They are hiring a full-time salaried + bonus Retail Sales Consultant for their boutique in Gastown
 
About the Opportunity

• You will be joining a small high performing sales team and take part in a comprehensive onboarding and training program to help set you up for success and learn the product 
• Lead personalized consultants for engagement rings and wedding bands 
• Manage and convert inbound leads into booked showroom appointments 
• Guide clients through custom design and stone selection, leading 4+ appointments per day
• Deliver a consultative, relationship driven buying experience and maintain relationship with customer throughout the customer journey 

What we're looking for

• 2-4 years of consultative sales experience in a fast pace and measured environment 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively 
• Demonstrated track record of surpassing sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences 
• Genuine interest in fine jewelry 
• Must be based in Vancouver with the ability to commit to working out of the boutique Tuesday-Saturday

Compensation

• $75K-$85K base salary (depending on experience)
• Uncapped monthly bonuses based on sales performance
