About the role: Regional Account Manager
- This is a high-impact, client-facing sales and account management role where you'll own the full client lifecycle — from first conversation to close and long-term retention.
- You'll be joining a company that benefits from strong category tailwinds driven by hybrid work and return-to-office trends, with a steady volume of warm inbound leads and an established broker network to work with
- Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing member base, lead renewal and upsizing conversation, and drive retention
- New Business: Manage 100+ inbound monthly leads across broker referrals, web inquiries and paid channels - conducting discovery calls to understand clients requirements, lead on-site tours, and negotiate terms before closing deals
- Note: This is an in-person role that will require you to work out of their downtown location 5x/ week
- Base $65K-$80K
- Annual performance bonus up to 30%

- 5+ years professional experience with at least 2 years in a sales, account management, or B2B client facing role
- A natural relationship builder — consultative, curious, and comfortable asking the right questions
- Polished and professional in client interactions, with strong written and verbal communication
- Able to think on your feet and manage a high volume of activity without dropping the ball
- Experience in B2B sales, hospitality, or client services is a strong fit
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot is an asset)
- MUST be based in Montreal and able to work out of a downtown office 5x/week
