About the role: Regional Account Manager 
  • This is an on-site client-facing account management role focused on driving revenue, retention, and expansion within new and existing accounts 
  • Account Management: You will inherit a strong book of existing accounts focusing on renewals, expansion, retention, and ongoing client relationship management 
  • New Business: Manage 100+ inbound monthly leads across broker referrals, web inquiries and paid channels - conducting discovery calls to understand clients requirements, lead on-site tours, and negotiate terms before closing deals 
  • Measured on revenue occupancy of the portfolio of accounts 
  • Note: This is an in-person role that will require you to work out of their downtown location 5x/ week

What we're looking for: 
  • 5+ years professional experience with at least 2 years in a sales, account management, or B2B client facing role 
  • A natural relationship builder — consultative, curious, and comfortable asking the right questions
  • Polished and professional in client interactions, with strong written and verbal communication
  • Able to think on your feet and manage a high volume of activity without dropping the ball
  • Experience in B2B sales, hospitality, or client services is a strong fit
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot is an asset)
  • MUST be based in Montreal and able to work out of a downtown office 5x/week
