How to retain your top sales talent in a fierce market

About this webinar

Join us for what we hope will be the first in a long series of webinars that we will be hosting in partnership with Peerscale every month! In our inaugural webinar, we will focus on how the demand for sales talent has skyrocketed in recent years and due to the low supply of great salespeople to fill these roles, it has become extremely challenging to hire quickly and more importantly, hold onto your best performers. Compensation ranges are increasing monthly, retention rates are at an all-time low and revenue leaders are losing sleep. Building a great sales team and retaining your top sales talent in this fiercely competitive environment requires a new set of strategies and tactics.

This live 60-minute webinar will discuss the tools and strategies that every sales leader needs in order to win the war for sales talent. You can expect to learn how to:

  • Attract top talent to your organization
  • Build a strong compensation plan
  • Equip your salespeople for long-term success
  • Instil great company and team culture

Our panel of industry experts will cover these key components and you will also have an opportunity to ask questions. Check out more about the panelists below!
